Can I request for an RMA to test my falty unit / system?
You can request for an RMA to test your faulty unit / systems.
We strongly recommend that you contact our Technical Support first to verify and validate the issue or problem with your unit / system.
If our Technical Support is an unable to resolve the issue over the phone, you can return the unit to us to for "diagnostic test" by requesting an RMA.

Note: If the unit is out of warranty, there is a diagnostic fee of $150.00
Provide the correct serial number to our Technical Support to check the warranty coverage of your unit.
